As for the infrastructure, if your server or domain is affected due to issues with our infrastructure, we will, of course, replace them.
However, it's important to note that most deliverability problems stem from poor sending practices. If you damage your domain or server by exceeding our sending limits, not maintaining clean email lists, or sending poor-quality cold emails with excessive links, images, or other risky content, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences. In other words, if we provide you with a high-quality service and you mishandle it, the responsibility lies with you.
