Do I pay the $375 setup fee for every domain?

NO. You pay it one time to get access to us, then you only pay the $59/month for each domain you bring over.
Will I be sharing servers with other domains/people?
NO. Every domain has its own server, meaning no one else can burn your server.
Do you guarantee deliverability?
As far as the infrastructure goes. Meaning if your server turns to shit or your domain burns as a result of our infrastructure then of course we’ll replace them.
BUT - most deliverability issues come from poor sending habits. Meaning if you ruin your domain or server due to breaking our sending limits/not cleaning your lists/or sending terrible cold emails with links and pictures and shit then you’re going to ruin your domain/server and we won’t be responsible. Basically if we give you a Ferrari and you steer it into a fucking building that’s your fault.
What are these best sending practices you keep mentioning?
Good question, we're coming out with a guide soon to explain how to stay out of the spam folder. Until then, don’t break our sending limits and avoid sending retarded emails and you’ll be fine.
